What data do we collect?

PS4C collects the following data:

  • Personal identification information (Name, email address, phone number, etc.)

  • Financial Transaction Data from our ATMs as required by law.

 

How do we collect your data?

You directly provide PS4C with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

  • Use any of our ATMs for balance enquiries and cash withdrawals.

  • Use any of our ATMs for voucher purchases.

  • Use any ATM that is hosted by PS4C for balance inquiries or cash withdrawals.

  • Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies.

 

How will we use your data?

PS4C collects your data so that we can:

  • Process your financial transaction requests.

  • Provide assistance to any law enforcement authority or judicial services.

  • Provide an audit trail for any TAX Authority requirements

If you agree, PS4C will share your data with our partner companies so that they may process your financial transaction.

  • MasterCard Europe

  • UnionPay International

When PS4C processes your financial transaction, it may send your data to, and also use the resulting information from, Financial Processing Agencies to prevent fraudulent transactions.

 

How do we store your data?

PS4C securely stores your data at a UK secure location and is encrypted to meet PCI DSS requirements.

PS4C will keep your Personal & Partial Card Details for 6 years. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by Data Drive Destruction.

 

Marketing

PS4C will not use any of your details for marketing purposes and will not share any of your details with any third party or any of our partners for marketing purposes.

What are your data protection rights?

PS4C would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

The right to access – You have the right to request PS4C for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.

The right to rectification – You have the right to request that PS4C correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request PS4C to complete the information you believe is incomplete.
