Cash Advanced Voucher Terms & Condition as of July 2024.
These Terms & Conditions apply solely to the Cash Advanced Voucher that is issued only from CLAS ACTS Terminals and no other voucher systems.
Terms and Conditions
Definitions:
“ACTS” means the Advanced Casino Transacting Solution offering Patrons various payment services including ATM cash withdrawals and Cash Advance vouchers.
“CASH ADVANCE VOUCHER” a transaction performed at the ACTS, whereby the Patron receives a printed receipt with a QR code which is redeemable for cash or playing chips at the cashier, so long as various conditions and obligations are met.
“CLAS WORLD LIMITED”(CLAS) means the company which has developed the ACTS and has a relationship with the Establishment for providing payment services.
"PS4C" means Payment Services for Casinos and is the trading name for CLAS.
“ESTABLISHMENT” means a land based casino in the UK regulated by the Gambling Commission.
“PATRON” means individuals attending Premises of Establishments for gambling and related activities offered by the Establishment.
General:

CLAS operates ACTS terminals within Establishments in the UK.

Patrons have the right to use a CLAS ACTS terminal as long as various conditions are met by both the Patron and Establishment.

There are two steps necessary for the completion a Cash Advance transaction at the ACTS;
a. completion of the financial transaction at the ACTS
b. then the redemption of the QR code for cash or playing chips at the Establishment’s cashier desk.
Conditions of Use:
1. The conditions of use by the Patron are explained and highlighted on the screens during the transaction process at the ACTS.

2. The Patron must accept the conditions of use to be able to complete the transaction process.

3. The card used must be that of the Patron and no other third party.

4. The Patron must:
a. Be a pre-existing member of the Casino.
b. Have sufficient Identification (such as passport) to confirm their identity.
c. Only use the ACTS personally and not seek the assistance of any third party to help complete any part of the process.
d. Be always acting responsibly in relation to safer gambling.
e. Be aware that gambling can cause harm.
f. Complete the transaction at the cashier within 30 minutes of conducting the financial transaction at the ACTS.
5. The Establishment has the right not to redeem the QR code presented by the Patron, if they believe at their own discretion, that the Patron:
a. Does not have sufficient identification to confirm their personal details.
b. Has reached any gambling limits as set by their own internal gambling control limits.
c. Believe that fraud is being committed.
d. For any other reason which is Bona Fide.
6. If the Establishment or CLAS take the decision not to complete the redemption process at the cashier, then CLAS automatically refund via the card scheme, the total amount of the transaction. This refund is automatic and after the refund the funds are available for use. If for any reason this does not happen, then the Patron is requested to contact their card issuer (number on back of card) and or call CLAS on 0800 246 5066 or email info@ps4c.com

7. The Patron is obliged as part of the transaction completion process to enter some personal data. This data is held by CLAS in accordance with UK GDPR compliance policy. Terms can be seen at www.ps4c.com/gdpr.
8. CLAS accepts no responsibility nor liability for how the funds are used by the Patron.
